Vajra Yogini Meditation | RETREAT

Vajra Yogini Meditation is a practice in Tibetan Buddhism that focuses on Vajra Yogini, a female Buddha representing wisdom, transformation, and the direct path to enlightenment. The meditation combines visualization, mantra recitation, and contemplation of emptiness, helping practitioners purify their mind, transform desires, and cultivate wisdom.

Tummo, or "inner heat" meditation, is integrated into the Vajra Yogini practice to accelerate spiritual transformation. It involves visualizing inner channels and chakras and generating inner fire. By combining Vajra Yogini's visualization and Tummo, we aim to unite wisdom (emptiness) and method (bliss), achieving rapid spiritual progress and ultimately, enlightenment.
